Check TRASRV and noted all MS Exchange services were stopped. Restart all MS Exchange services and confirmed services were started properly. Login to SonicWALL Hosted Email Security portal and resync LDAP as error message stating LDAP lost sync was present. Send several test emails and confirmed with Chona that emails are being received properly now.
