Received a call from Corey that scan to email is not working on the new Canon printer IBSS installed. Contact IBSS tech onsite, Francisco, to troubleshoot. Check SMTP settings on Canon printer web interface and noted email address and SMTP settings were incorrectly configured. Configure correct SMTP and email address settings. IBSS performed test scans and scan to email is working properly now.
