Check 3CX and noted services are running properly. Check call log and noted extension to extension calls are up. No issue on 3CX. Check PRI status and noted PRI status showed: Wait-Alignment. Rebooted Patton Gateway and noted that PRI circuit synced back up. Perform test inbound and outbound call successfully. Advised Cynthia of completion and that issue needs to be monitored. If PRI is Wait-Alignment again, a trouble ticket will need to be started with GTA.
