Check Promethean ActivPanel (54360 75W26-L1HB1N4490235) at PC Lujan. Noted no physical damage is present on panel chassis. Power up the panel and noted panel displays white lines. lines fade in and out and ultimately a black screen shows only. Panel function buttons also do not appear to function. Warranty for this ActivPanel will be submitted with Promethean.
