Printer was shown as offline on network. Printer was connected to a Print Server/Backup PC that was stuck in a sign out loop. We restarted the PC, which restored network connection. Test prints from multiple computers conducted, with no issue.

Printer on and then restarted.
Printer was not network capable, and used a computer as a printing server to allow for networked printibg. Computer was found in a sign out loop, which likely blocked network access to printer.
Print Server computer was incredibly slow, enough so that a HDD replacement is suggested. HDD wss in a Logical RAID1, which Kevin said could complicate a replacement, so Chu may need to be involved.
Bottom paper tray was jammed but bypass tray allowed for successful printing from the computer and over network. |
