Chona to contact vendor. Check daves Monitor and noted display cable was bent. Rearrange workstation and straighten cable. Test print to PDF with Revit unsuccessful. Update adobe acrobat and perform tests with Revit still unsuccessful. Test print to PDF using MS Office with no issues. Support ticket with Revit will be created for software technical assistance
