Escalate trouble ticket with SonicWALL Support. Worked with Curtis from SonicWALL Support to backup current Junk Store database. Uninstalled Junk Store software. Reinstall Junk Store software and confirmed it shows version 7.6.9.7243. Restore Junk Store database and confirmed Junk Store database is accessible. Update whitelist address book with emails and domain names provided by MDA. Configured Junk Store to not hold likely spam emails and to send directly to the users' inbox and append [LIKELY SPAM] to the email subject line.
