ISASRV unable to boot to Windows. IDRAC error message present in BIOS. Attempt to reset IDRAC but unsuccessfully. Reboot server, acknowledged IDRAC error message and server booted to Windows. Option 1: Dell PowerEdge R720 System Board needs to be replaced. Option 2: Dell PowerEdge R720 needs to be replaced by a new server. DSI to provide quotes for both options.
