Advised Lisa and was advised Lisa will email their PC Law account manager to escalate and get a definite time to work with PC Law support. Troubleshoot Terry's printing issues. Print jobs stuck in queue. Stop print spool service and delete stuck print jobs. Restart print spool service and perform test prints with no issues.
