Chona advised TRMA received power today and she powered on the server but no emails and share folder access. Login to TRMA server and restart MS Exchange services. Confirmed with Chona her outlook shows connected to exchange. Test send out an email successfully. Advised Chona that all emails will take some time to download from SonicWALL Hosted Email Security. Worked with Chona to restart her workstation and confirmed network drives are now accessible.
