Check Piti to NEX site to site VPN tunnel and confirmed site to site VPN tunnel is up. Worked with Joleen and confirmed both workstation and network printer was connected directly to the GTA Modem. Work with Joleen to physically connect the workstation and network printer to the correct MDA switch. Confirmed workstation can access boat reservation software and printing to network printer is up. Issue resolved.
