Chloe's Windows 10 version is 1906 which has issues with opening long file names. Upgrade to version 22H2. Checked server and DATA2 backup have been failing. Formatted W: (DATA2 arcserve HDD) and initiate ArcServe backup. Sophia will restart Chloe's PC once update 22H2 is done installing and will test the long file name file.
