Check and confirm no Windows Update is the cause of the Debtmaster slowness. Windows Updates were paused until 12/18/2023. Noted Debtmaster SQL Anywhere software threw an error regarding memory usage. Took a screenshot. Sent error screenshot to Comtronic Support for their steps for resolution. Restart Debtmaster SQL Anywhere service and confirmed Debtmaster is running normally now.
