Remote Support with Michael Makio. Michael reported he is unable to access network share drives when connected to VPN. Check and noted a pop up requesting his network password was present when trying to access. Enter his network password and confirmed network share drives are accessible. Disconnect and reconnect to VPN and confirmed share drives are still accessible. Troubleshoot GoTo Outlook Integration. Noted add in was already installed in Outlook client by Michael. Michael advised that the add in is not on his email as it was originally. Check and noted that GoTo Integration moved to the Calendars on Office 365. Show Michael and tested GoTo Integration successfully.
