Followed instructions from Promethean to perform software reflash on Promethean AP9-65 on classroom 109. Software reflash was successful and panel turns on. Checked for updates to make sure panel is fully updated. Also checked for updates on Promethean AP9-65 in two other classrooms to make sure updates do not crash the panel. Reinstalled lamp bulb in Promethean EST-P1 projector in classroom 116.
