Troubleshoot Promethean panel not booting past Promethean screen. Turned off power from panel and removed Wifi module. Rebooted Promethean panel. Panel still has the issue. Tried to reflash panel. Panel was not able to be reflashed. Advised Joeselle Diaz that DSI will contact Promethean to receive further instructions to troubleshooting.
