Add Carmen to JMC and Hydraulink ring group to answer calls. Check Carmen's quickbooks, per Carmen, QuickBooks is working now. Check Jeremae workstation. Several MS Apps not loading. Check event log and noted several error messages. Clear MS Store Cache and run SFC Scan. Issue still present. scheduled to reprep Jeremae's workstation on August 26 when she is on leave for 2 weeks.
