Summary of Tasks

Rodney's QuickBooks unable to open due to a required update. Login as dsiadmin and download/install update. Troubleshoot Carmen's Extension 114. Unable to make outbound calls. Check outbound rules and extension 114 settings all correct. Perform test calls from other extensions' IP Phone with no issues. Proceed to delete extension 114 and recreate. Factory reset IP Phone and reprovision. Perform test outbound call successfully. Troubleshoot Mae's Outlook client. Outlook unable to open, error states corrupt OST. Delete OST and reconfigure Mae's email account in Outlook. Confirmed Outlook opens and emails are syncing properly. Perform D: drive cleanup on JMCSRV. Delete old software installers and old employee usershare drives. Noted Data and Accounting drives using large amount of disk space. DSI to work with JMC to archive old files to free up more space on JMCSRV.
