Issue caused by Grammarly. Turning off Grammarly apps Microsoft Word browses files fine. Online support recommending up to date Office version. Upgraded Office 2016 to 2021 and issues remains. Create support case on Grammarly. As a temp fix Lindy will turn off Grammarly and turn on when needed.
