Create user mailboxes and configure DNS records to point to new hosted exchange. Test send and receive email ok. Deploy new server. Begin to copy data from old to new server. Remove 15 workstations from old domain and add to new domain. Setup 15 user profiles, email accounts and MS office activation. Begin to export emails from old server. only 2024 year emails to be uploaded to new hosted exchange for all accounts.
