Wes' network drops randomly. test network cables for both IP Phone and Workstation and cables pass cable test. Move network cables to different switch port and Wes will monitor. Check Timeclock in rental department. Biometric not reading. Verified timeclock is set as a child clock and parent clock detects and connects. DSI to work with timeclock vendor as this may be a hardware issue.
