| 1 | Troubleshoot email access on Conchitas laptop. Emails sync when connected to office WiFi but does not sync when connected to Conchitas MiFi hotspot device. Test email access with DSI Docomo Cell data and noted emails still do mot sync. Tested with Conchitas GTA cell data and noted emails sync. Issue is due to Docomo MiFi device settings blocking access for Conchitas emails. Conchita to contact Docomo to resolve issue. |
