| 3 | Tried the suggested documents from Carbonite. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Sonicwall for assistance and found that Carbonite connects to Sweden and Brazil. Both countries is blocked by Geo-IP. Unblock the two countries and GEO-IP works. Created schedule backups on server to Carbonite clouds. |
