Physically checl server and noted server is powered off. trace server power cable to UPS and noted UPS does not turn on. connect 3CX Server to spare UPS in server cabinet. verified Server boots up and calls are being received properly. 3CX Phone System services are back up. unable to login to server using credentials documented.
