| 1 | Restoration overnight took 15 hours. Upon reboot they server would crash or freeze. Troubleshoot issue and found work around. Exchange services and SQL service would freeze system upon starting automatically. Create batch file to manually start Exchange services. Got approval from Michael to purchase 5x 5TB USB rugged HDD for backup. Began backup. Will deliver to TRMA office in the morning. |

| 2 | Pack up server and deliver to TRMA office. Met Michael at TRMA office to setup server. Notice that no communication connection from UPS to server was ever connected or software was every configured by Megabyte whom was the one that installed the new UPS. Configure the UPS to begin shutdown process after 30 minutes on UPS power. |
