| 1 | troubleshoot backup failure. Last Windows backup was in mid February and Carbonite last successful back was in March 4th. One of the external HDD failed. Lisa had Terry purchase another new external 2TB HDD for Carbonite. Reconfigure Windows Backup to use the two Lacie 2TB Rugged HDD that will be rotated weekly by Lisa. |

| 2 | Problem with the usb cable connected to the lacie 2TB. Had Lisa replace with spare. Successfully move the Carbonite temp drive to the toshiba 2TB USB drive. Started Windows Backup. Showed Lisa what to check on the server on backup. |
