Check server and confirmed server did shut down. Linda advised they had a power outage. Exchange services not started properly. Attempt to restart service but was not successful. Restart ISASRV. Log back in after server restarted and confirmed all Exchange services started properly. Test send and receive emails successfully. Advised Linda that issue has been resolved.
