Greg reported he is not receiving emails. Check server and test send and receive emails with no issues. Greg rebooted his outlook and can receive emails. Issue was with Greg's outlook. Troubleshoot Carmen's quickbooks access. Error message was stating that another user had the company file open and was not set to multi user. other user closed company file and Carmen can access the database with no issues.
