Work with autosoft support to troubleshoot autosoft access on Georges workstation. issue due to avast firewall. disable firewall and confirmed access to autosoft is successful. Troubleshoot autosoft access on parts manager workstation, autosoft constantly closes. removed old network printers from control panel per support and test open autosoft successfully
