Issue due to failing power cord between the DC plug and power meter. Customer will purchase a new power adapter. Temporarily bend cord so power adapter can charge battery. Splicing not recommended until replacement is received as there is not much room to work with between the DC plug and power meter (less than 1.5" to work with; depending on where the break is located).
