Troubleshoot Jay's printing issues. Set HP LaserJet printer preferences to use letter size paper. Noted several stuck print jobs in System32 Print Spool folder. Stop print spool service and remove stuck print jobs in System32 Print Spool folder. Restart print spool service. perform tesf prints successfully. Check event log and noted AutoSoft Print Bridge always throws an error daily between 8:00am to 8:30am. Prestige to contact AutoSoft support to advise of errors and for a resolution.
