Troubleshoot Internet issues for NEX store.

Wes reported that internet at NEX store was down and GTA worked on GTA modem and confirmed access to internet by connecting to modem directly. Spoke to Janella (GTA Tech) and confirmed GTA configured modem as plug and play which is incorrect. Advised Janella (GTA Tech) that modem needs to be PPPoE. GTA advised modem was configured to PPPoE; MDA advised still no internet. Worked with Leslie at NEX store and noted that network cables to network equipment were moved/unpluged. Walked Leslie through reconnecting the network cables to the equipment properly. Confirmed VPN site to site tunnel is up after reconnecting network cables properly. Had Leslie reboot CounterPoint remote server, POS, and staff workstation. Counterpoint and internet access is now back up at NEX store. Sent a separate email to Wes to inform of completion.
