work with QuickBooks support to export Proline Company File from Online and import to QuickBooks desktop. Import not successful after 8 runs. QuickBooks support forgot to enable 1 needed setting. Re-run import to desktop after needed setting enable. Import successful. Worked with accounting staff to confirm data is accurate. Newly imported Proline company file is saved on Q: drive. Provided all information to Prestige management team.
