- Troubleshoot Webber's Outlook, unable to delete emails in bulk.

- Initiated Remote Control support to Webber's workstation PC using AnyDesk. - Webber replicated the issue with his Outlook being unable to delete bulk emails, window prompt pops up indicating a repair needed to be done on the current data file. - Verified the directory of the repair/backup operation. Initiated the repair process, found several corruptions and automatically created a BAK file, current data file successfully repaired. - Retested functionality by attempting to delete multiple emails, deletion was successful. Observed prolonged delays in email bulk indicator, resynced email and restarted Outlook to make sure. Email bulk successfully registering, concluded overall internet activity/bandwidth will contribute to the Email's responsiveness. - Verified with Webber the findings and tests.
