Replaced network equipment but noted no Internet connection. Worked with Compucom NOC and GameStop HQ to troubleshoot. Advised by both to roll back to old equipment as unable to remotely change configuration as LTE modem backup also inoperable. Reset up old equipment and confirmed store fully operational. Packed up all equipment not used. Checked out with CompuCom Trackit and Sequenza. Return trip to be advised via Field Nation. |
