1	Checked in with Sears NOC and worked with Ahkis. Advised by Ahkis there is a line marked port 28 which must not be plugged in for any reason. Corrected network connections and confirmed with store management all registers/devices fully operational. Traced network line for port 28 and noted it was connected a Belkin WiFi router. Also noted it was plugged into port 26. Determined router was cause of network outage yesterday. Completely removed router and provided to MOD Monica. Paperwork signed by Nicole Wolford.
