| 1 | Worked with Jarrad from Caleres help desk. Remove old Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, US Robotics Modem, and Spectrum Hardware. Install new Cisco 891F Router, Cisco Catalyst 2960 Switch, Aruba Access Point and 3G/4G OXY. Confirmed with Jarrad that Cisco Router, Switch and Aruba Access Point can be seen. 3G/4G OXY device is not operational and per Jarrad, it is due to the Verizon SIM card that is installed in the device. there is no Verizon service on Guam. Open alarm panel onsite and advised Jarrad that there is no RJ45 port on the alarm panel. Per Jarrad he will make a note and we did not proceed to connect alarm system to the new Cisco devices. Ran 1 new cable from port 16 on Cisco switch to managers desk and labeled cable "Cisco Phone" Confirmed with Jarrad and Larry (Store MOD) that all devices are operational. Released from site by Jarrad. |
