2 Upon restarting laptop and Outlook same popup error occurred. Perform scan disk tool and found disk errors on Drive C. Drive C is running RAID-0 (stripping) which makes two 256GB SSD to one single 512GB RAID-0 SSD. RAID-0 has not fault tolerant redundancy (not a recommended method to increase disk space). Repaired error and created AutoD...XML file. Restarted laptop and Outlook 2016 and not able to reproduce issues anymore. Chu Hsieh
