| 2 | Installed Malwarebyte and removed 700+ threats. Removed Startpage.com (a form of malware installer). Remove SnapMyScreen (Malware). Merged drive C (225GB) and D (225) to get total 512GB for new drive C. No data was in Drive D. Run disk defrag and scan disk. |

| 3 | Ran Disk Cleanup and remove unnecessary files. Unable to reproduce shut down issue. Maybe related to the malware. System boots up quicker than when first brought in. Recommend replacing the hard disk drive (HDD) with solid state drive (SSD) should faster disk performance is required. |
