Tone and trace port D56 to switch cabinet D on store floor. Noted patch cable connected to patch panel port D56 was not connected to the network switch in the cabinet. Connected patch cable from patch panel port D56 to network switch in cabinet and verified printer HR Office shows network connectivity and can be printed to. Issue resolved. |
