Troubleshoot Dymo Label Printer, issue of constantly printing the same label continuously. Uninstall Dymo software and printer driver. clear 5,000 print jobs in print spooler under system32 folder. restart workstation and reinstall Dymo software and printer driver. perform test print on Dymo printer using 2 label sizes ok with no issues. tested both Eudora client and Dymo label printer with Susan with no issues. Assist susan to clean up unused desktop icons on her workstation. |
