1	Troubleshoot Eudora Mail Client on Susans workstation. several error messages present in send and receive for mulligan@teleguam.net. remove Eudora profiles and create new profile. test send and receive emails successfully. Troubleshoot Dymo Label Printer, issue of constantly printing the same label continuously. Uninstall Dymo software and printer driver. clear 5,000 print jobs in print spooler under system32 folder. restart workstation and reinstall Dymo software and printer driver. perform test print on Dymo printer using 2 label sizes ok with no issues. tested both Eudora client and Dymo label printer with Susan with no issues.
