| 1 | Worked with Jeff for cutover. Connect laptop to newly installed Modem and noted that laptop is unable to pull an IP Address via DHCP and is unable to access the internet. Power cycle modem and noted same issue is present. Modem appears to be set in bridge mode and not plug n play. Per Jeff, he will contact GTA to correct the modem settings. Jeff called back several times advising he is unable to get through to GTA. Released from site by Jeff at 11:00am local time. |
