MDA Server non responsive. Worked with Wes to force restart server. Server stuck on POST. Worked with Wes to remove USB HDD used for server backup and reboot MDA Server. MDA Server rebooted properly. USB HDD used for server backup has gone bad. Check MDA Server and confirmed internet, emails, share drives are back up. DSI to check on USB HDD and provide a quote for replacement as needed.
