Check Noriko's workstation and network connection. No slowness seen on workstation and network. workstation resources running normally and network is running at 1GBPs normally. Perform test emails and noted that test emails sent out with no delays. Advised Noriko to send a delivery receipt for emails being sent to tripleb.com as tripleb is claiming email delays on on MDA's side. No signs of any delays or blocks on MDA side that causes this. Attempt to setup new workstation for Wilden. Workstation is running windows 11 home. Wes requested to have Windows 10 Pro installed. Brought workstation back to DSI to setup.
