IT&E advised him to have his router checked. Check TP Link Multi WAN router and noted both IT&E and GTA WAN show link is up and active. Check and confirmed no new firmware update available. Per Mr. Webber, IT&E advised him they made changes to his internet service. IT&E confirmed their internet service is now running correct speeds. Connect IT&E back to TP Link router and perform speed test. Speedtest show the correct combined speed of 130MBps. Issue was on IT&E internet circuit
