Finally obtain login credential to access NKO-NAS. Repair the degraded disk mirroring. ACCOUNTINGSUP VM is on the NAS and has IP address 192.168.0.110 and management LAN IP 192.168.0.150. Will leave over the weekend to repair the NAS drives. Export Lisa's old email from nokaoigu.com to nokaoiguam.com. Setup Gigi's PC to new domain. Work with Melvin (vendor supporting MAS90) to install on the workstations. Setup MaryAnn's PC and add to new domain.

Install new server and remove old server. Old server (PE 2950) fail to boot up after shutdown. Dell PowerEdge 2950 has POST error E1216 3.3V. Found bulging capacitor on motherboard. Migrate Lisa's PC to new domain and copy her local profile to new domain profile. |

Troubleshoot NKO-NAS. Could not locate PC ACCOUNTINGSUP where PeachTree is located. Suspect it is a Virtual Machine running on the NKO-NAS. Unable to login as credential provide by Advance IT Specialist does not work. Still unable to boot up the old server as error E1216 still persist. Informed Duce and Lisa that only data we have is 1 month ago backup. No backup was ever done on the old MAS90 server. Recover QuickBook 2018 on Lisa's PC. Transfer data to the new server. |
